(ANNEX TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE AND CONTRACTING OF SERVICES)

Privacy Policy and Information Disclosure

Learn In and other similar "whitelabels" are products that use the LEARNCAFE platform, and we follow its guidelines for the privacy policy throughout all navigation.

1. The User hereby authorizes LEARNCAFE, at its discretion, to preserve and store all Courses, Materials, and Contents submitted to the Site, as well as all their personal, registration, and access data, such as email addresses, IP addresses (Internet Protocol), access date and time information, among other information. The User also authorizes LEARNCAFE to inform and/or disclose this data in case of legal requirement or if reasonably necessary to: comply with due legal process; enforce the T&C; respond to claims of alleged violation of third-party rights; and protect the rights, property, or safety of third parties or of LEARNCAFE itself and other Users.
2. LEARNCAFE may use third-party credit card processing companies and/or online payment management companies, as well as companies to monitor Site traffic, which, in some cases, may store and collect User information and data.
3. The use of the Site implies the User's consent to the collection, storage, and use of the provided personal information, registration details, access data, and their updates.
4. LEARNCAFE may use cookies to manage sessions, navigation, access, and User registrations, and to store preferences, track information, among others. Cookies may be used independently of User registration.   The User has the option to accept or refuse the use of cookies on their computer, independently of registration on the Site, by configuring their browser as desired. However, refusing cookies may result in limitations on the User's access to certain tools available on the Site.
   1. “Cookies” are small text files transferred from the server to the hard drive and stored on the User's computer. Cookies may collect information such as access date and time, navigation history, preferences, and User name.
   2. In some cases, third-party service providers may use cookies on the Site, which LEARNCAFE does not control or access. Such cookies are not regulated by this Privacy Policy.
6. Considering that LEARNCAFE may enter into partnerships with third parties, these may occasionally collect User information such as IP address, browser specification, and operating system. This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information provided to third parties and stored and used by them.
7. The Site may occasionally contain links to third-party sites. LEARNCAFE is not responsible for the content or the security of the User's information when accessing third-party sites. Such sites may have their own privacy policies regarding the storage and retention of personal information, completely unrelated to LEARNCAFE.
8. LEARNCAFE may work with third-party advertising companies to display ads during User access to the Site. Such companies may collect information about Users' visits to the Site in order to provide personalized ads about goods and services of interest to the User. Such information does not include, nor will it include, the User's name, address, email, or telephone number.
9. By making a Course, Material, and/or Content available on the Site, the User understands that the ads and Content are public and accessible to third parties, and may be listed in search engine results such as Yahoo!, MSN, Google, and others, as well as in the cache of these search engines, in feeds, and on other websites. The User understands that it is the responsibility of each of these search engines, websites, or RSS resources to keep their indexes and cache updated and to remove the Content from their indexes and cache, as LEARNCAFE cannot exert influence over them.
10. LEARNCAFE reserves the right to retain information for the period it deems necessary for the proper conduct of its business, even after the termination of the User's registration.
11. LEARNCAFE may process some payments directly and, in certain cases, store Users' credit card information.
12. LEARNCAFE, LEARN IN and its respective whitelabels are a platform for free courses hosted under the domain LEARNCAFE.COM, owned by LEARNCAFE ENSINO ONLINE LTDA, a limited liability company headquartered in the city of Alfenas, state of Minas Gerais, registered with the CNPJ under No. 17.685.718/0001-61;
13. Information regarding the Service is maintained in a database chosen by LEARNCAFE that meets current security standards.
14. The User hereby declares that they are aware that LEARNCAFE assumes no responsibility in case of theft, loss, alteration, or misuse of their personal information and of the Course, Material, and/or Content as a whole, including in the event of information provided to third-party service providers or other Users, and in the event of non-compliance with this Privacy Policy by third-party service providers.
